Apartments for Rent

Orchard House is a four-family, four-story, brick walk-up from about 1878. It is a quiet old house that has seen a lot of history. It's called Orchard House because of the several fruit trees in the backyard, including pear, plum, and cherry. Every spring they put out many beautiful flowers.

The area around Orchard House was once part of a grazing field for sheep, owned by the Coles family. (Orchard House is just around the corner from Coles Street, named after the family.) The last vestige of their field is Hamilton Park, which was donated to the city by the Coles family.
